Outline in MSPaint, including the first pixel shading. Then I touched it up in Adobe Photoshop, seeing as I'm joining the brush bandwagon.

Green is the ultimate color. I have green eyes, which is why I think so. But all colors are fantastic more or less. *starts to sound like a hippie*
