Regarding the Arcane Shield
 

Mmm...I've talked it over with others, and there seems to be a problem with the Arcane Shield given out for Easter.
First off:
Arcane Shield (Wis+1)(ac+1)(armour+5)(resist magic+5).
Arcane implies that the shield is attuned more toward a magical sense, where WIS is the base stat for prayers and priests.
The WIS+1 should be changed to INT+1 to reflect this.
Secondly:
Though not as powerful defensively, the WIS+ on the shield makes it very similar to the Shield of the Sun. It's also been brought to my attention that it is similar to the Zormite Shield of High Honor.
Thirdly, and though this isn't required immediately, it'd be nice if it looked a little more arcane. Right now it's just another recolor...

It's no huge deal, but... I was a little dissapointed when I saw it, too. For being arcane, I thought it would have a little bit more to do with magic. It looks a lot like a priest shield, as it is.

They should remove the wis+1. However, they've already released the shield, it won't be changed.

Personally, I think that they should stop giving out huge items for holidays. Another quite successful MMO I play is giving out easter eggs that increases your HP or MP by 1% when it's equipped, and that's probabally the most powerful holiday item yet. (Another is an extremely weak staff that lowers your hate by a little bit)

I think the Arcane Shield and Love Axe could definitely use a recoloring but the stats seem fine

Yes, the Arcane Shield is just graphically a lightly colored Sorcery Shield, and stat wise, it doesn't match it's description at all, it's no more than a horned shield for priests, but the really sad thing, is the Easter Belt, is the exactly same stats as a Blue Belt of Armor. >.< What's the point? You just took a really crappy old item and gave it better graphics (which don't matter) and a stupid name. *boggles* Why does a Love Axe weigh MORE than a pole axe (the heaviest axe) and have 2 points less damage. Trust me on this, they can give out event items on holidays all they want, it doesn't make the game unbalanced, because every year they just re-release the same stuff with a new name, or crappier stuff than is already attainable to n0obies.

The blue should be some sort of magical crystal that chages color mabey?

It should be int+1 instead of wis+1, wisdom isn't arcane ;O What's power for?

lol yes they can change it in a swift second.
Tooth Charm and Boots use to be luck +15.
Stefan comes on a day later and changes them to +1, while everyone still has it.

I like the shield, and while the name may not reflect the priestly usage of wisdom, I believe it can still work fine with said name.

what if instead of making it Int+1 you make it Pow+1?

Leave the wis+1, int is rather useless while power is too much.

That was the basic idea, to use wis as being better than int but belos pow in some way...

cough cough. the wis +1 is a great idea although i wish there werent so amny easter eggs. it seems like it was tripled from last easter. its nice to hold onto rarity . the shield itself would have made a good event shield....althought i must concurr that im getting tired of recolors......like that dragon mail in event coin shop...come on >.> dragon mail....you could have been more creative then just turning platemail red....u could have atleast done a red recolor of the black mail which looks more...rare?
