Well, they got tired of playing reruns of rino 911 so I'm back bishs, ;).

Btw Ive seen the threads about my banning and yeah I know I shouldn't of posted that image, I am sorry. The banning was reasonable and well I'm glad to be back ^_^.

But I really think we need to have a thread about the rule thats about not discussing bans because its really a very stupid rule in my option.

Discussing bans is discussing the actions of moderators. Which implies that the moderation is corrupt, bad, or something to that effect. This implification gives new people to the community a bad idea of how these forums work, and thus the influx of new members suffers. Anything that does such a thing to a business is normally expressly forbiden by that business. There is no reasonable point you can make that will dissway the rule of ban discussion away, the best thing to do is just discuss it informally outside of the mainstream public eye.

Although there is no reason to dissallow informative threads simply stating that someone has been banned. Or atleast have some list somewhere (out of sight even) that can be accessed by anyone for better knowledge of who is banned and maybe why.

and I think that some people have gotten so oversencitive to people arguing, that they are too quick to call something a 'mud slinging fest' or 'flame war'

besides, not allowing threads, because they MAY start something which breaks the rules is like jailing someone because they MAY commit a crime...

Besides, sometimes I'd like to know exactly why some people are banned.. to make sure I don't do the same thing
