Alchemy and Amour
 

I was thinking, wouldn't it be cool if we could change the looks of our armour?

Like we put in our armor, inside of a cauldron, and put in lets say, water and some saphires. And then we get our armour back but it will be like blue, and maybe have resist ice.
But also, it might mess up, it might put the resist ice, but it might put pow -1, or something.

Well tell me what you think about my idea

The existing alchemy will be fixed sometime soon, maybe there can be such additions later once the system is sorted. besides, the main problem with that would be the gfx required...

Where could I find the gfx for silver plate, inside of the graal folders? I can try to do it.

Yah, what the crap is with alchemy being disabled? This had better not be permenant.


anyhow, couldn't one use script commands to change the color effect of the armor? I know that would work for npcs, showimgs, but I'm not sure about ganis... I would think its possible.

I'm not sure about ganis either, but plain recolors are a bit boring, don't you think? I mean, gold, silver and bronze yes, different materials, but what else is there that would look exactly the same? I mean, recoloring it green and calling it leaf mail is just... lame.

As for alchemy, there's a bug in it which should be fixed soon, hence it was disabled.

Alchemy was re-enabled yesterday after a lengthy server restart by stefan. <3 for it being back up though
