Reset Bug
 

Okay today at 6:35PM / 3/25/04
I logged into Graal Kingdoms in the trading level in Bomboria.

It looked like the NPC server was down but it was just severe lag.
While I was waiting, it warped me into blackness. I right clicked my self and it said selectscreen.nw.

I reconnected, and just saw that all my items/level/stats were RESET!

I have beneficial screenshots// before I reconnected I took them so I would have something to back my self up if I actually got reset from reconnecting.

What Im asking is please restore my account :(

Still being powerful isn't a vaid point to argue against the fact that someone lost items/stats they worked for, even though I can't judge what happened here and will leave that to Loriel and Angel.

I really hope I get restored soon...I wanna play GK :(

When I signed on GK on Friday night, my account was reset...but today I sign on, and it has been restored. Maybe it was from the power outage?

Hey wan, what is your problem? Are spiders having a meeting on your head or what? Every single post you have, always has something negative, and yes he did lose something, he lost his levels, and his items.

We would all want a restore if we lost something, that we worked for. Wouldn't you?

I havn't said anything mean or offensive, I just don't see what he's on about.. What has he lost? levels.. he's only got 30 hours...

I took that screenshot because I was almost aware that if I reconnected that I'd be reset.

Loriel im still at the start screen with no visible change, im going to goto Main Island and there maybe you can restore me? Because the start screen probally affected that. Here's a screenshot.

When I was restored I was still no start island so when I left it, my plat was deleted...5k plat gone

I dont think loriel knows that I havnt been actually restored, can someone people tell him for me..

Maybe there wasn't one in your area. That doesn't mean that there was none in California at all, and to my knowledge the servers aren't set up in California, anyway...

Arg I just wanna get restored so I can play...

There seem to be a little problem when the npcserver restarts. When you get reset it automatically makes a backup of the account so it can easily be restored, ask Loriel/Angel/Lance/Jagen when you see them on the server.

It has been sorted by now :)
I am very contactable, even outside of the game, so refer to Spark's thread with globals contact info.
