For partially unbanning Eldritch. (NPCServer or something)

Somebody transfered all his stats from his main account, which was banned for breaking many rules, duping many items, then let him have another account, knowing it was him..

Maybe somebody is mis-informed, or maybe more corruption? I don't know... it's quite sickenning to know that somebody who has ruined many Graal players gameplaying and has made many people work hard to restore balance (to an extent) and yet, he plays freely now...

I do believe he was never to be unbanned, since, his acts were very illegal, and should of never been forgiven.. I think the new account is like,

I Agree, from what I have heard he did tons of damage to graal.
And I was also wondering how he got to level 40 under 100 hours...But I think there is a rule that if you get banned, the only way to come back is to make a new account.

Yup.

I thought this was already dealt with.

So his level is going to go back to like level 10, instead of 40?

False. The individual is banned; not just the account.
