Well I got bored and made a pen tell me what you think, yes I know the end looks more like a small blade but the size was limited.


I'm gonna redo the end brb.

Ok I redid the pen its better now.

The wood looks too rough, as if its been snapped off a branch and had a fountain pen nib stuck on it

Well its supposed to be like forest wooden...

pens are still smooth otherwise you would get a splinter everytime you tried to use it

First one was better...

Yeah.
Remove the blackness and then show us it.

Should put background as transparent, so we can see past the colour of the background, quite hard otherwise.

1st one looked better...I think(kinda hard to tell without a transparent background) just make it a little smoother and you got it I think ;)

Yea things like that look more natural if they are not vertical or horizontal. Diagonal is preferable in my opinion.

They both don't look very much like pens.

Ooh, also, you should make the shading on the pen more curved....like, a slow gradient going up and then a steep gradient near the top, to make it a little more curved. I haven't looked very closely but it seems like just a straight line of lighter colour x_x

Heh, yes it looks totally sweet now dude. It's like...REAL ULTIMATE [pen] POWER!!!! Except, dunno if it's just me, but i feel it would look even better with either a black outline or a darker shade outline of some sort, now that i've seen it in transparent background :(

Naa it gives it that 3D look without an outline ;).

You should make it a lil bit bigger ;)
