How do we activate this?

I have my inventory sorted by hand, in a way so I know where everything is. I've never seen anything to sort it in such a way (nor would I want it ;) ). Specially, as we're able to sort it the way we want, I doubt there is such an option if there's only the possibility to sort it this or that way, not "not at all".

Say /help sort_inventory
to know... I find it strange that it's there, but can't access it. I figured someone might know.
