Rings are gone O_O
 

My two RoS's are missing. I dont want pity from anyone but here is the story.

I played last weekend because I had (VIP) and when I log back on after updating gold my two RoS's are gone :(

Heh, nah, sounds like either another boy cries wolf story, or some spoony bug. Either that or someone jacked your account :(
Have you checked all your bags, sacks, houses, chests, etc etc?

You should probably contact a staff guy and ask them to check the logs, as if they don't get enough of these things to deal with =x

I couldn't get on my account because the gold time was expired so it couldnt be me or anyone else.. So it had to be someone with RC. I wouldnt lie about this and everyone that plays this game knows what I have. I've pm'ed plenty staff and admin people I'm just waiting now.

It would show my rings leaving my account during a time when my GOLD TIME was expired..

I really dont want to accuse anyone of stealing but I would like to mention a time earlier this weekend when Loriel stole Taulbee's RoC for no reason.

Someone how someone got on Taulbee's account and scammed someone, so Loriel got on RC and took taulbee's RoC. Scamming is legal unless you exploit a bug. Stefan already said this. Loriel dont have a reason to do this so i dont accuse him but just pointing out what has happend recently

I did. I downloaded it from fileplanet or something like that... think it was a big mistake? This was on an older computer though and I'm sure I've changed my Graal password a few times since then....

Someone advertised an "enhanced Graal Client" a few days ago... why do people practically invite hackers in?

Anyway, if your gold had ran out, this can't be it. Did you check all your bags? Sometimes they tend to drop there. Also, I doubt Loriel would do such a thing, if he wanted RoS he probably could create them - but wouldn't. Also, why should anyone with RC chose you as a target? It could be a server mistake, I've lost a few items before which never came back.

Darklux and Taulbee supposedly wanted some trade, a weapon on Era for Taulbee's RoC. Since there is no really safe way to conduct such a transfer, I told Darklux to go ahead as I could finish the transaction in case something went wrong.
So, I did, and it soon turned out that as you said it was not exactly Taulbee that agreed to the trade, so he had his ring given back. I think Darklux still lacks his weapon on Era, although I never paid much attention to this.
Scamming being `legal' does not mean I cannot intervene.
Sorry for going off topic.
I could perhaps try to pull relevant information out of logs later when I get back on Windows, but I doubt they hold any valuable information. It still surprises me how this is possible as easily, but I suggest someone did indeed get on your account and just gave your precious rings to himself.

After you find Infinite's rings, you can look for my boots? I lost my Iron Boots +10 while I was offline sometime between Feb. 16 and Feb. 17. I PMed Stefan once while he was restarting the server. He responded a few times, but eventually logged off. I PMed Tseng, who put me on ignore (as per usual).

Yes, it's his favorite method of relaxing, he sets his nick to away, and anyone who still pms him gets reset... I kinda enjoy that every now and then... (for all those who don't get ît, I'm kidding).

Someone kept bugging loriel, and he reset him. Then later restored him. No big deal.

Rake and Raabs accounts were both 'resetted', only exception being their levels were the exact same as before they had left. :o

Strange thing is, I do not believe a staff member would log onto another person(s) account just to steal 2 ros', when more then most of the time, a staff with the RC power to access' other accounts can simply spawn items...

Of course, there is that simple possibility, that you sold those rings Infin...

By the way, if your account was not accessed (a player logging on) that does not mean a staff couldn't of extracted everything... correct?

A staff member could just open up your account and edit it, to remove the RoS.
