Timestamp RC messages.

RC messages should be timestamped.

e.g.

[00:10:14] *R0bin: Yo!

This has been suggested before. (probably more than once)

I wonder when/if it will ever be implemeneted...

Probably never, But as soon as there are scripted RC's servers can add it themselves. Im just trying to reiterate that it should be added into the Seperate version, because </3 clientrcs.
