I recived an e-mail saying that Lyndzey needed Stefan to set her IP range....This e-mail was sent to alot of others too......Its been a month since my account hasnt been enabled again and lyndzey said she would unban it.....Does anyone know what i can do??Is being patient the only option

Nah. You could be impatient, harass people, or do something stupid.

..Of course, these would reduce your chances of being unbanned by quite a bit.

I forum PMed Stefan and Stefan said he added it 2 weeks ago. I go to whatismyip.com and it says my IP range and I send it to Stefan. Stefan said he already added it, but I get the same error message

If your using a modem Lyndzey i think you might have to turn it on along with your comp then unplug the power for the modem and nothing else...Then plug back in.....That resets IP to comp im pretty sure.

I think you should have tryouts for Asst Account Manager...Seems like a tough job to handle all by yourself....But its up to you

Well I have a router...I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

whatsmyip.com should bypass that... Or even better, if you log on a server with your client and RC, then check your attributes, it gives your external IP in the "Last IP" thing.

Yes i have sent a fourm PM to stefan.. but have got no reply.. I need my e-mail changed when i signed up for that account. I used my ISP e-mail and now i have a diff. ISP

Maybe contacting the right person, ie: the Accounts Manager, Lyndzey, might get you better results.

Haha! I've never really changed ISPs, but I did have to change my email because the ISP changed its name. If you really think about it... I've had a lot of ISPs under the same subscription. It's just that the 20 previous times another company bought out the other company they didn't choose to change the name.

Lyndzey has her new IP range now, by the way. Contact her by emailing [email protected] with your problems. :)

I'm having the same problem, since late december. :\

I think stefan forgot a 1 (making it .4 instead of .14) when he set it..judging from forum pm I recieved from him.

I have already replied to all my emails other then the ones that were sent in today and some sent in last night.
