Big problem.
 

Yesterday my friend gave me a sack with all his items because he was gonna restart his account so i was supposed to give it back later. Then he gave me his sack with many items, then the npc-server went down. When it back, the sack that my friend gave me disappeared. I heard that many people lost things too and i hope that Stefan check it and give back our things, otherwise i'll get very mad because i didn't do nothing and my friend thinks i stole all his stuffs now.

Maybe you should give details:
What was in the sack, who was your friend, what time did this happen?

There was many things in the sack like a hat,weapons,books etc.
Kyosho gave me the sack and it was about 18:00 pm (GMT-3). ^^

While I sympathize, there isn't really much Stefan can do. I can only say, that for future reference, log off about 1 minute after you get the item, so it saves in the server's database.

All i know is i want my stuff back. I've waited two weeks. Talked to Stefan once and he told me to talk to Jagen or Lance. Well that issue with Lance is over so now i'm waiting for Jagen. I'm tired of this. Jagen, Stefan. contact me. We need to solve this. Its starting to make me mad.

No mather if i used /save or not, it's npc-server fault.

Here we are. A month alomost now after it happened. And nothing. I'm really mad. THIS IS BULL!

Should, but isnt.

I think he is, but being easiest to reach doesn't mean that he's easy to reach. Even he has a life beside graal... or so I am told.

Procisely, there should be a 'help' NPC, it reports bugs and what not and it gets checked everyday. Something similar would help...

While i respect that he tired and i WILL wait untill another day i must mention that if this had been solved the first time by Stefan or atleast make an effort then i wouldnt have to contact Loriel. I've been waiting and waiting. Makes me mad.

They need something more secure than the NPC Server cuz they shut that thing down a couple times a week due to extreme lag and crap....sometimes they wont even warn you when they are going to restart the npc server and you dont have time to save your items x_X...and it's pretty sad thats its been over a month since you 1st lost your items and they still havent got them back to you....and like osrs said we need more staff that are just for dealing with stuff like this...cuz it happens too offten -_-

Youve got that right Slik. We put money in the wallets of Stefan and Unixmad. The least they could do is help us out with stuff like this. It doesent take long but keeps things runing smooth.
