Hello, im going to upgrade my gold time

but every time im going to log in with my acount, it says

Accounts with limited access may not send money.

limited access? Do i have to pay to be a paypall member or what do i have to do?

Has someone allowed you access to a creditcard/bankaccount but maybe they have made it so they have to confirm the transfer first? Like someone you know gives you access but they hve to approve it so you can't spend all of their money?

You must have a confirmed credit card on your paypal account to send payments. They charge like $1.95 USD to confirm your credit card, and then, on your statement, it says PAYPAL MEMBER XXXX (XXXX being a four digit number.) You then go to the paypal site and enter that number, confirming that you are indeed the owner of the card and have access to the statement. After you do that, you can send payments.

You must add your credit card number or debit card to it, so it becomes a real account.
They don't allow money sending on, accounts with no verification that they have the money or not.

Address , bank account and credit card need to be verified, until you do you will have "limited access".

Or maybe this is just a sign...
