Folder problem
 

When I create a folder like

NPC Code:

---

rw levels/folder/folder/*

---

Files wont upload into it when I try to move them
but when I use

NPC Code:

---

rw levels/folder/*

---

It works..

Any suggestions for this problem?

Are you putting anything in the folder configuration?
If so, what?

The subfolder has to exist first

i think i no what he means...
if you have folder rights like:

rw levels/images/icons/*
rw levels/*

then it will have troble uploading or moving to/form that folder
but it works fine as long as ur rights look like:

rw levels/images/icons/*
rw levels/images/*
rw levels/*

it would seem as though if you dont have r or rw to a folder that you cant have rw (actually just the w) to any subfolders in it.

Improper syntax , the first one only gives you rights to the last folder and everything under it but not the first one, that is why you cannot load files to it. but the second one gives you rights to that folder and everything under it so therefore for what you want to do is the correct syntax to use.

Oh, sorry. Um. I think last time I had this problem you have to PUT AN ITEM IN THE FIRST FOLDER BEFORE YOU CREATE THE SECOND.
Like.

levels/stuff/
You have uploaded HARDCORE.mpeg to levels/stuff/
Create levels/stuff/stuff/
then you can upload.

Did you NOT here what I said before?

Or are you THAT slow?
