Hm... try to delete the horse-gfx from your webgifs-folder, and hope the server re-downloads the right versions.

This isnt lag. It happens to me quite often now, especially with pets. Also, that thing where the furniture is invisible is happening quite a bit too, especially in bomb pub and hirathia joinery...

Seems to me that's just lag... Now-a-days, when I enter shops, only the items on the tables show, and no other npcs... The horses could be the same though. I just follow the procedure of F8, Connect... Doesn't take long, and loads the graphics back pretty easily.

Yes reconnecting should fix it. I know the bug with non-appearing objects after reentering levels, will try to fix it soon.
