I got really bored, decided to make a Nostalgia-based Contra graphic. Kind of keen. Since I am bored, expect more, for no reason at all.

Super Metroid, a classic. Pixelation is a style unmatched! :D

You're allowed to have a rom for 24 hours.

nope... roms are illegal unless you own the game and your the one who copied it from the game. no other way. it doesn't matter what the websites say. they just say that so they can get away with hosting them.

but the good thing is that it is hardly enforced.

Actually Ive seen many sites with nes roms for download and hardly any with game boy or n64. I think this is because since nes is so old the nintendo people dont bother with it but I'm not sure.

Yeah because its basicially like playing the game in stores or on someone elses nintendo. So pretty much if you play on someone elses nintendo for more then 24 hours its illegal?

Call the cops, take me to jail! ;) Roms are legal if you own a copy of the game. Here's a Sonic Advance one, since Sonic is the man.

the n64 thing is mainly due to there isn't a emulator that effectively runs all the n64 roms. the current emulators only run a few picked games, hence only a couple for download.

there are tons of gameboy roms. more than nes.


well, thats what the websites say. the 24 hour thing is made up.

Nothing is being stolen, it's being sampled. Actually, it is more like:
"I can test drive a Ferrari before I buy it."

That's what Blockbuster is for.

Anyways, best N64 Emu is NOT (;) ) Nemu, because emulation is evil.

Also, I find Visual Boy to be the most evil GameBoy Advance emulator, because it allows so many games to be played. It annoys me with emulation.

SNES9X is under-rated, but my personal opinion is that it is more "evil", for it's great look, netplay, and easy use. Evil.

Yeah those are what i use too, there pretty good.

i actually prefer ZNES...dun ask why, i guess les problems for me...but of course i never keep any rom for over 24 hours...oh no 3 minutes until i have to delete FF3 ;) (jk)

Even if this "law" were real, it would require an official type distibution method that logs user data and requires personal information (kind of like a test drive at a car dealership)
