it would be identicle to changeimgcolors or setcoloreffect...

but instead it would effect... SOUNDS!!!!!!

what I was thinking is it could be used to change the pitch, duration, etc, of the a sound being played.

this would make instruments better, because only 1 sound file would actualy have to load.

...

perhaps a fun addition would be making it work with the microphone, too, though that would be just as usefull as the alt+8/9 zoom trick.
