Expand Logging Capabilities

I think that Graal would be better if it had more chat logging capabilities. For example, seperate guild message histories (Right now you don't even have a history of what you said in a guild message), a start log/end log option for public messages in a level would be especially good for GPs (maybe even players), and maybe an option to seperate on tag pms and off tag pms (would be good for FAQs trying to make a question bank).

It may be scriptable in 3.1, since just about everything is supposed to be scripted, or so I hear. Can anyone confirm?

yeah, Jagen and them are scripting everything now for the new version.

Most of the good stuff will be enabled on playerworlds by default, or made available to the managers.

3.1 should include a lot of new features many people will enjoy, we just gotta wait and see what jagen pulls together.
