Graal.net problem please help
 

Well I was trying to change my playerworld billing account email address and when I get the link to click from my dads computer it says the admin will have to give you access to this or something. How do I do that?! I am the admin how do I do that?

Be helpful if you noted the full error message..

I says access denied when I click on the link that the email said to to comferm the email change. When I clicked on it it said access denied and "The admin must allow you to go to this section" Or something like that. I am the admin/Owner of the playerworld how do I do it?!

Yeah I was loged in, Ive emailed lyndzy she might be able to just do it her self.

Maybe login with your Admin-Playerworld## account to prove that its your account to change?

Although it sounds pretty much like a local error with some [silly Windows] configuration, I believe a screenshot would be most beneficial towards clearing the general confusion.
Try logging in with the 'Administrator' account of your system, or use another operating system.
