Hi its me victor and my friend davids graal doesnt work(still). He has DirectX 9.0 and the requirements. When he trys to get on it says Connection Couldnt Be Esablished and when he goes to Graal setup it says "Cant get list of download sites. Make sure your network setting are right and try again." He has cable and he clicked on the network setting "Direct Connection." Can someone please help!!:(

try using IE settings instead.. is he behind a router/firewall?

If he has cable-- probably.

He doesnt have a router but how can i check if hes on a firewall and if he is how can i disable it?

Graal Errors
 

The graal client usually has nothing to do with a firewall and or a direct x version. Graal running problems usually are associated with internet services. However I am not familar with the firewall anti-virus security programs it is very possible that it can be the firewall effecting the port connecting to the graal client and the remote computer would be unable to listen to the connections through the users computer.

The Listed Anti-Virus Programs Do Not Effect Graal:
Nortan Anti-Virus* & higher
McAfee Anti-Virus*

Globals who could help you in trouble shooting areas are Angel,unixmad,Stafan and if problem persists contact computer manufacturer or see computer manual that the cpu came with.

Thanks but this is how it happened. One day my friend david was playing Graal and gets off and turns off computer. When he trys to get on it didnt let him. I dont think he has a firewall. Uhh. k thx

Also me and him have the same kind of internet connection. And mines works fine.

hmm... dunno what to say... except I have Avast! antivirus and graal works fine for me....

and BTW victor... if you'll go to any area where an idiot is using "laming aura", the future is there :/
