WhoooooooooOOOOoooo. Well, i did these graphics (if you call them that) a long long time ago, and i swear upon the keyboard in front of me that it's 100% MS paint...It was very painstaking and i've forgotten why i even did them now, but from left to right it goes: chocolate cake, spongecake, birthday cake, christmas cake, wedding cake, cheesecake ( :megaeek: ) and christmas pudding. Whaddayathink?

They are decent. Nothing special though. I don't even know why you mentioned they were 100% ms paint. I can't tell if people are being serious or if they are joking about that anymore. But it's not like making a pixelized cake would be very difficult with paint.

They are basically just cylinders with bad shading. :p I like the last one though.

Well, the shading is pretty messed up, although the last one looks cool =D

Apparently *****s in the graphics community think it's some kind of handicap.

How is MS paint a handicap? :confused:
The only problem is that it's hard to mix colors in it, ;O

Yeah, i've never been one to have good shading. Heck im not even any kind of gfxmonkey anyway o_o

I like the wedding cake personally, it was so damned hard to make X_X
And from what i can interpret, this MS paint thing is some kinda trend so since i'm new to the forums i thought "Hey, lets hop on the bandwaggon and fight some injuns!". 'tis kinda lame though i suppose :D

What programs do all of you use for making shtuff?

MS Paint for outlines and most of my coloring. Adobe for saving as PNGs and once in a blue moon brushes.
Heres me current attempt at something with minimal shading.

:O omagad, ok that's sexy. See, if i tried to do something like that in paint or otherwise, i'd get it all wrong and stuff. I can't do curves or anything (like those horns and teeth) and i can't get angles, proportions or anything else on computer. My theory is that i'm just naturally terrible at computer-gfx :\

All of them except for the last one could highly benefit from more work on the shading put in. They could turn out pretty decent if you do so.

HA! I showed you it is capable of somewhat good coloring with MSPaints defualt pallatte.

Actually, as I look back that picture was quite ugly.

better than what i did -_- you've got alot more expierience with dithering correctly tho

I really like them, hopefully servers like Oasis, and valikorlia will have cake baking, so for my RP wedding it will be beautiful, and i will have a giant white wedding cake like my cousins did, there was even a fountain full of water in her cake! it was so beautiful!

I did this for nDeal on the pixelation forums.
That is why is has the odd color scheme, I used the colors from his avatar at the time.

Yes, I use "!!.!.!1" whenever I am serious. :D
