Rules of engagement
 

Today, NightHawks declared war on Samurai. There were some NH's, assisted by NYchris, Bosh, and Vamp at Samurai's castle, massing for them to come and fight. Of course, at the same time, Samurai is massing about how they own NH's. The only problem with this situation is that while afew of the NH people are Bmode, NONE of the Samurai members are in Bmode. How are they supposed to "war"? That is just abit messed up. Samurai "owns" NH's, but none of them are in bmode to fight.

Err... Isn't NightHawks a sub-kingdom off of Samurai? Setting your sights on a bigger island? ;)

Why not make it when 2 kingdoms make eachother "enemies" on the kingdom menu then they can kill eachother.....

Would still be a problem between these 2 though...seeing they are in the same kingdom...:(

I was even thinking of adding this idea too:

It would also keep a "tally" of how many have died from each kingdom. So after say a month, or week, or so. The kingdom with the most kills wins. Or wins an advantage over the other. Maybe not the whole war....

I miss kingdom mode :(

As long as you have to be on tag at the same time, and don't lose anything, that way people who can't participate in the war (such as very low level or trying to farm) don't get screwed for the time being.

Yes, they tend to reinforce their walls with illegaly moved houses. Also, some of the attackers had houses on Samurai, and the empress was moving them to peculiar locations so that they could not get back in them. I believe that this is grounds for removal from Samurai, regardless of rank.

I would like to make a correction about what skyler87 said. There were zero NH members fighting against Samurai. Only people around were ones that were kingdomless nomads that NH had hired. When thier Queen did arrive she was in Pmode and refused to get on Bmode. And it is a bald face lie that none of Samurais were on Bmode. I should know I died several times fighting off 3 men to myself while they have leet equipment and all I have is things I have made and worked for. These same men live at trading tables and get leet equipment. NYChris told me he didnt sell me stuff because I dont fight.
NH is mad because I, the only leader who had given them any credence removed NH ranks off the board. I had to due to thier disrespect of the Kingdom hosting them. While I did not remove them from Samurai one of thier Queens friends did while he still had rights.
Next time get your facts straight

Again, skyler87 lies. No ones house was blocked. That is another bald face lie. And if houses were moved to protect our castle it was done with owners permission. So go back to your drawing board and think up some more lies. Not your nor Bosh will get Samurai so get a life and stay out of mine.

Its obvious that everyone likes NH more then Samurai
but well, why should the samurai members go on b-mode and get killed by people, who are angry at the (corrupted) empress?
And anyway... some people like NYchris and Bosh are almost invincible so it would be dumb to attack them

God... i hate it when they do it on purpose... no-Bmode i mean... when CP went to semi-war against zormite, the only people that killed and got killed were Pirates and a few Bmode no-kingdoms...
If i were in NH, i'd be soo pissed of at the moment... but i'm not.. i'm in CP, and everything is dandy...

you have to wonder why barely anybody attacks CP nowadays... oops... i better shut up... :p

but anyway, i'd get stefan to help you with this...in other words, use his godly powers to remove house moving privelages from all who can... and put everybody on Bmode and remove the Pmode bell...

Hawk you are just something else. If you think NH is liked more then Samurai now Kurenai Joukai you are only fooling yourself. Many of NH guild have rejoined us and have told me how bad the leadership was under Dayaa.
Anyone can hire renegades to fight thier fight but the truth is your group isnt strong enough to fight themselves. They make great pirates thou. No boats missing since hahaha.
I challenge you to fight with your NH guild not with hired hands but your own men/women and you too get out of pmode.

Honestly, I dont see what this rucus is about I have a right to say whos in my guild and whos not . I put NH ranks on my board but obviously NH dont want to be the guest they want to be the host and that isnt going to happen

Samurai Empress, did you know that almost half of medieval armies existed of mercanaries? Kingdoms should get a mercenary guild. But anyway, even when Zormite was attacked by some uber PK guy who wasn't in a kingdom we fought back - for our honour. So i s'ppose Samurai is honourless :/

Mere PKing is not sufficient to overtake a kingdom. Sorry.

Samurai doesn't RP anyways, so why shouldn't we be able to take them over?

There are people who RP - more than is obvious, I would say. On the other hand, there havn't been many possibilities for a whole kingdom to rp, as the only recent war it an internal mess in Samurai.
I think there are enough kingdoms already, and the last thing we need it another one - specially when it uses the same theme as one already in existance. If you don't want to be in a kingdom, then leave. Otherwise feel free to try to form a seperate group in a kingdom, like a different tribe, but still belonging to the kingdom.

Erm... WL, this is the same thing that always happens when abuncha lvl 30+ people attack a newb Kingdom... people complain, and use houses to block off the attack. :O Who cares, you guys would of had a Kingdom in which nothing would of happened.

=/ Stop your *****ing. You would of simply gotten your way out of it, then made "warfare" on every other kingdom using NY and you to kill everyone. Lmao, I doubt itd even be considered much more of a kingdom then it already is LOL

If people like NY ran kingdoms on..kingdoms, things would be much more interesting.

Save for the fact that itd be a powerhouse of people, PKing at all times. NY wouldnt be able to handle the RP terms and GFX and all of the Items, and events he's required to do...

IF anU had Samurai, then I'd be much more lenient to see it become something.

Did you know, cyrin, that almost 101% of medieval armies didnt use magical rings that gave them superhuman strength, or swords that had their own personal flame following them around? Or armour that was made out of random things thrown into a cauldron? =X

Anyway, all i can say is, sereous RPers with high intelligence (no not stat-level intelligence, real brains!) should be put as the leaders of each kingdom, and only recruit people who want to RP properly. It wont happen and im not trying to make it happen; it'd just be nice to actually USE the RP-potential stored in GK, instead of ignore it and go PK each other.

And i used to think the RP on pre-GK 2k1 was second rate :rolleyes:

Kingdom leaders should be proper RPers and not say "lol" during an RP magic event :x

Sad enough, this would count as very rp-ish in comparison to the behaviour of some players...

That's the damned point.

The land belongs to the leader.

They're just letting you build on their land.
