onwall2 in V2

Subject says it all. I would like onwall2 in Version 2... Since people say it will take a few weeks before 3.1 is out.

What's the logic behind it if it's going to be out in a few weeks? onwall/water2 already work in v3.01, just use that, if you don't have VIP, tough.
