1 bit (2 colors)
 

Did this a while ago...

But anyways, just two colors used, so it's 1 bit(NOT including transparency).

I like it, has an appealing style to it.

Not bad, the only thing I don't like is his eye.

What am I supposed to call it? That is what it is... 1 bit...
If someone came and said I made a painting, would you tell them not to call it a painting?

Wtf? Okay, from now on I will label all my graphics how many bits they have in it.:rolleyes: A painting is a painting, however it could be abstract or perhaps surreal. I'm just pointing out the whole "100% MS PAINT" trend is annoying, and the x-bit could catch on. Nobody really cares how many colors you use, or atleast not on these forums.

I didn't state anything abut MSpaint...

The colors I used have a lot to do with the picture.
I tried to set myself a limitation, I stated that it was two colors because even I at first didn't know what 1 bit meant until I saw it on pixelation forums a while ago, that is actually where I picked up the term.

Never said you did.

I have been to pixelation, and I notice that they too think that 1bit and so forth is amazing. However, not everyone here is graphically inclined as you or the members of pixelation. I'm sorry if I offended you some way. :)

yea, he's right. He didn't say what he made it in, and he said how many bit so you wouldn't think anything else =x

I think it is cool to point out the limitations one set themselves.
I surely wouldn't want people to think that I had to use more colours/tools than I actually did. That would make me look not as good :)

like when you posted your avatar and stated how many colors that was :o nobody complained then

Nice drawing. I like hearing things such as the challenge that was put into it (making it only 2 colors). The eye is kind of scary as someone said, but it's fine. Looks kind of anime-ish. Or maybe more on the side of the style of drawing in those robot anime cartoons (Kikaider? And the cyborg one?). I hate those though.

I guess I should call my graphic by how many colors they have like 4563 bit cliffs or 3456 colored sword? :rolleyes:

the proportions arnt realistic, but they arnt ugly...unlike kikaider with that huge nose x_x that thing annoys the hell out of me

Regardless of how many colors you used, or how what program you used to make it...I think it's great. Only thing that bugs me is that eye, it makes me want to poke it out. But besides that, I love it XD. Wana make me one like that for my graal character? :p
