Reason Servers Are Down

Yes, I'm really tired of all the IMs and crap I'm getting. People all "Dark Diamond is down!" Stop and take a look and realize that about every other PW =<50 are down... server1.graal.net is having some network problems. Stefan doesn't seem to know when they'll be fixed, so just hold tight. It's not the end of the world, and this is the first actual network problem. Sorry for the delays, I'm sure it'll be fixed soon.

I think we've established this already. Thanks for the concern, some people might not have read those threads. :)

What do you mean removed?! Does that mean they are gone forever?!

No, that's from Graal.us, it simply means they are not listed on the server list anymore. Eg, down.

Do you think they would just shut down all those servers and rip everyone off? Think before you ask these things.

davidpsy 09-09-2003 06:02 AM

Well honestly do you really think that I think that they would remove them forever? Wait dont answer that... When he said the word remove I just wanted to know what he ment. Because using the word remove usually means gone forever. Even though I thought he probably ment something else. Just making sure.

Seems the problem was fixed...
Will we get 1 free day, since we did not recieve 1 days worth of the service that was paid for?

Of course there not removed. Just means they are unreachable|Not in serverlist. Ricks graal.us system checks serverlist to find server if there not there they show up as Removed. ^_^

I think this applies to this, but it was on the user agreement

I hope they do... I have read the user agreement, and knew of that already, but that is the user agreement when creating a graal account. I'd assume there is a different agreement for when you rent a playerworld.

But yea, i'm not expecting another day's hosting... i'd just really like it, since not being able to log on has set my server back a day, and we actually get a lot done each day
=)
