One thing you should keep in mind about when your walking - its a continuous motion. His legs half the time are in the same spot and there seems to be a spot in the middle of going from one leg to the other where hes completly paused for a moment. Once you fix that it'll be great.

plus while he's walking it looks like his knee's bend forward, and not back atall, you should fix that too, plus his movement isn't very fluent, it's really stiff...
