well, I got inspired by the mask thing, I think I'll make some random gfx, so that's what I did! yeap.. random indeed.

I find it odd that you were able to make that in less than an hour with the seamless animation and stuff... would take me or any other experienced spriter/animator at least 3-5 hours

if I had the idea of what I was doing, I could do that in an hour, maybe.

Well... the explosion is only 3 or 4 frames from first looking...
The fuse animation wouldn't be hard at all... the most trouble he must of had would be the explosion, so it could be accomplished...

And I know Alarid... he is a fast paced artist.

lol yeah thats me :p when I want to I can come up with stuff fairly fast but otherwise I'm just slacking off for a while doing absolutly nothing

also, 3-5 hours? I don't know about that, that's a little long for something like this...

it's just a crazy little doodle I did in boredom, it's not.. for actuall use. the design on the side it just that, a design, I thought someone might confuse it for a hole in its head (and the brains being visible) but.. yea, that's it.

I would say 30 minutes. That's an easy animation right there.

maybe not 5 hours... but definetly 3

the explosion was "perfect" and it was less than an hour he had to make it which I'm positive no one on these forums can do o.o

perfect by graal standards heh, anyway... I was just saying that I dont think it is possible to make something with a seamless animation in about 45 minutes... and those other examples arent really "complex"


whatever, I'm not saying you didn't make it but 45 minutes is a rather slim amount of time...

(btw, my first estimation was just a random guess because I didn't really study the animation... I looked at it a little more and maybe 2 hours to complete, I know I couldn't animate that quickly because I allways get distracted or somethin... things usually seem to take less time than they actually do but it was posted 45 minutes after and I just dont think it's possible.... at least not without a previous sprite or somethin..)

I SAID... actually I forget what I said, and i'm too lazy to go find it now, it went something like this "I stand for a challenge" (and believe me, I only stand when it's completely necessary(it's so over rated))

oh i see so your saying that you dont nessesarily think that i stole it, but that it was something that i had started earlier?
well actually i *did* start from scratch in the short period of time :D later on ill redo it...show you what i can really do :) hell ill even time myself lol
