I have my forum time options set to the correct timezone (for me GMT-8) and it tells me the time is 4:43pm when it is 2:30pm...

Does this happen for anybody else?

The time is off, yes.

My timezone is EST (GMT-5) and i have it set a -7 but its still off:p

It's still 10-20 minutes off

Besides, we pay to post here, it's not hard to change the time.

The problem is that the time is continually drifting. Even if they reset it, it would be inaccurate again soon after.

I'm guessing this is one of those "You have to upgrade the board version to fix the problem" problems?

No, it's a problem with the server's time itself - I've brought this issue up several times in the past.

How is it that almost every computer keeps time fine except for the Graal servers?

I figured it was drifting more and more, my computer gains a couple seconds a month on my house clocks...

Frist server i have ever seen that doesn't auto-sync with an atomic clock :rolleyes:

It also has to do with the fact that this VBulletin board doesn't know what daylight savings time is. You people find the worst things to complain about, instead of offering suggestions on how to improve things that matter like gameplay and things like scripting/ganis/levels, you bring up the fact that the forum time is a little off, which has only been brought up at least 100 other times

Well sometimes i like to know when posts were made, and it's been brought up so many times maybe they should find out what makes it drift off mark hmm? :\

Set it as GMT - 10 then it will be accurate to atleast the hour. And only 13mins out.

That can only account for one hour.

mine says 7.31pm when it is actually 5.20pm

Galen says the server clock is off by two hours. Oh well im now on mid atlantic time, instead of GMT, so its only like 8 mins out for me now.
