Long Story Short: he is globally banned and wont be coming back

he was mad about a few things... and so he quit, and had a little fun i guess before he quit

anyways, he will no-longer ever use any of his old screen names for IM, and won;t get on graal... he's made new screen names, and didn't tell them to anyone he knew from graal

That's one the main reasons that made him quit..

I heard he and Nyt did something, and I banned M1nt and the others that came on DD talking about it and giving people links to the mp3s, I didn't believe a word, but now it seems all of it was true?

Yep it was all true, Nemesis got pretty mad at it and deleted like 20 peoples account (I think thats about right number?) But they were all restored. Needless to say he was fired

But ive allway's hated nemesis, seem allway's corrupt to me, like some people on UN saying some crap about menion, saying that he told them to send pics of them naked (Dont worry they was girls), So nemesis believed them without no log's:/. Anywho i never talked to nemesis so it never botherd me:). But now, this thread can be deleated, he now know's what happend to him, it's a shame really :(

He was an ok guy most of the time really, he just snapped. Knightress started bugging me about a month ago to get her unbanned from a server because PS banned her for using a program to view scripts from the NPCServer (supposedly, i have no proof and wasn't there)...

Was knightress banned globally? if so thats interesting, I think she is using another account.

She wasnt globally banned that I know of, she was staff on Archaic I think...I heard that she got a new ISP, so has a new IP now. Dont know if its true. So if she was globally banned, or banned on any servers, obviously she wont be now, if this is true that is.

Knightress framed Nemesis, Nemesis had been coming onto her so she was getting mad about that so then she recorded a phone conversation of him having phone sex with her.

So then Kish breaks up with Nemesis because it's posted on the net, then Nemesis goes crazy (they had plans to get together IRL or something) and deletes a bunch of accounts.

Nemesis was going to quit soon, he never really was interested in Graal. Whenever I messaged him about it he didn't want to talk about Graal.

He had a girlfriend over the internet, lol that's a bit pathetic :\

Graal it self really is boring. The only reason I still play is because being staff and all is fun, I never get bored of it... I love to script and i love the company (people). hehe. It's really quite weird

I was thinking of this while I was waiting for computer to come on. Most people who go corrupt, well re-word that to 'not nice towards graal', are not developers are they?

Developers have something to amuse themselves with, so they dont drift away.

In court a recorded phonecall doesn't counts as proof as it can easily be manipulated etc. etc.

What she did is very illegal , you need a court order to tape phone convo's , otherwise it is illegal.:P


btw manipulation of a phone call would be stupid because it is very easy to tell with the right sound equipment it has been tampered with and edited , so yes tapped phone convos are admissible in court because they are tested to make sure they haven't been tampered with. And yes it can be used as proof.

Unless you have the other party's permission or they are informed that the call will be recorded.

Weird how the truth never comes out. When nyt was GP Chief/GP on doomsday she use to come on rc and talk a bunch of b/s saying how she had little 12/15 year old kids dating her or having some form of relationship with her. Yet nemesis was a cool person and what nyt did was wrong cause she had cause problems on alot of servers. And i did had my ups and downs about her but i lived on and not to long ago i have return cause i been having modem problems and i see nyt loggs on Doomsday with her nick name as WarLord am Ready For you Now or something simular to that. To tell you honestly am scared now i hope she doesn't try to stalk me x.x but i belive since nemesis was banned for his actions she should be banned also. So snake get your facts correct nyt is a 30 year old lady with kids and flirting around with kids online it makes me sick. :grrr:

Incidentally, you need a federal court to approve a wiretap for it to be admissable in court; you're allowed to record a phonecall with the permission of ONE conversor, which is why you see private detectives in movies calling from the "phone company" to get one's permission then tapping the line to get a lead (but not proof). Learned that from the Johnson Smith catalog!
