Really, sucks, ya. Dunno, anyone here familiar with Bryce and has tips?

In the second picture, the mountainy things are made of gold. o_O But that's still cool.

A 3D landscaping type program.

You can do more than make landskapes, you're better of saying a 3D program.

My good friend once told me bryce is a crappy program that is good only for making trees though.Compared to other 3-d programs bryce is simple.Think of it this way: bryce is to 3d program is microsoft paint is to pixel program.
Now try using 3d studio max now thats CONFUSING.

3d Studio MAX is not confusing, you just don't know the basics of 3D modeling.
Legally, or Illegaly? I might be able to help you. :)

My brother used to make all of his 3d work in Bryce. I could ask him when he comes home.

it's not confusing, and comparing bryce to paint is like comparing a fish to a cat, they just don't compare.

Heh, I set my piracy limit to 20$ per item, because under US law you can not be sued over an amount less than that. Muahaha.

Then why are they over everyone's nuts about pirating full MUSIC CDs? They are $10-15, aren't they?

You dont really think that US law is going to make companies which produce programs for less than 20 USD to be completely defenseless against that form of fraud, now do you?

Are you a *****? Pixelation does not require any special programs. Infact one of the programs the pixel community uses is MS Paint. I know I know, not EVERYONE uses it, but a majority do.

and why wouldnt they? its like why people use Windows... well actually... its, you dont get mspaint without windows BUT!!!

its like why people wouldnt prefer to use "Ned's Paint Program" (something some random college student threw together)
opposed to something they can get... hassle free and without cost (Behold! MSPaint)

I liked Bryce alot, but didn't understand how to get into complex models with it.

that's the exactley the same thing i had, i was so into this 3D stuff, but it takes way too much effort to make this stuff, so i just went back to 2D imaging

but 3Ds max is still the best...

I believe he meant like bryce is the non flashy 3D program how paint is a non flashy pixel program

sure there are more "advanced" programs but you can do just as much with that tool

I dont think he was bashing paint or whateva... anyway, enough of my ramblings
