Brad did something with my stuff
 

I tried to log back onto Graal after I get home from my vacation and the pass for Rahtnab is changed, Brad told lyndzey that I quit and to change the pass for him, and so I tell lyndzey I didn't quit and she gives me the pass... I login and there are three items.... a chest key, a scroll of improve wisdom bonus and 3 chocolates...

Anyone that knows what brad did please tell me and if someone that has ban rights on GK could you unban Brad and check if he has my things on there? -_-

wasn't Rahtnab Brad's account originally? I remember seeing him with it on GK ages ago

He has your things yeah, but Brad didn't have the pass changed, Angel changed it. I happened to be on it at the time and Brad asked me to give him the stuff so you wouldn't lose it.

Now, Brad is banned, yes, but he put your stuff in his storage house, and I can access that, but I am banned...=x

yeah, but Excal left for a while and I used it to store stuff with Brad.

by the way, I didn't think I left 3 chocolates, where did those come from?

Well, Jagen it would be really nice if you could transfer my thrings from brads account to Rahtnab then I can go to this storage house and get the rest of my things x.x

I had a ton of rings, basically everything on Rahtnab was mine, all of brads things was on the account Brad.

I don't think brad has much of your stuff anymore. He has the swords, and maybe all of the Rings...but the armour and Ice bracers are gone, as well as the FHoMs.

Ice bracers were his, one of the fhoms were mine as was most of the armour....

well he has like everything from your account and traded most of it. He heard you quit.

Brad's at Cancun right now and I am banned until Lyndzey gets back on or some other GK admin unbans me. I don't know why she didn't do it...--I think she thought she did unban me but apparently it was not my Torankusu account she unbanned.

You should not be using his account. You are responsible for the items being lost.

Case 2: Rahtnab is your account:

You shouldn't have given Brad your password or let him use your account, at all. Then again, It seems you said this was not the case, so see Case 1.

Additionally, the three of you seem to be sharing accounts. I've talked to Brad on Toran's account, Toran on Brad's account, now I see a possibility of Brad&Excal sharing accounts, and a surety that Torankusu is using it (regardless of who it belonged to)? Um, no. Sorry, dudes.

If not you, then others, pro and con. You harrassed enough people when I banned you the first time. ~10 people were complaining to me of you bugging them about being banned, or bugging them to pass a message along to me.

There was no proof when they banned me for 10+ days for "frauding." It was a mere accusation.

The proof is in the fact that every chance you were given, you blew it. After Stefan's last warning, you sexually harrassed, you were banned. You talked to me. Believing you were sincere and able to change, I gave you a second chance persuant to the agreement you made with me. You would stay away from them, you would not PK them, you would not do anything negative towards them. I should not have done this - I should have left you banned.

When you were globally unbanned for CC fraud, you were mistakenly locally unbanned as well, so please do not include that in your 'chance' list.

stefan's last warning?

the only thing stefan 'warned' me for was having my nickname as "NYCHRIS IS THE ****" becaus I had "****" in my nickname. Stefan did not understand it was a compliment. Afterwards he said something about Huang Di saying I was harassing him and in the same PM he was like "I think he just wants you banned."

But anyways, I did in fact stay away from Wren and Zoe after I was unbanned. I believe someone told me that they complained about me "stealing their sandals," which I did not do, I traded a player (who apparently scammed them) for the sandals.

[edit] I remember now. I was playing on Rahtnab and talking to Zoe and Ed outside of the trading house and Zoe said I did not "harass her" or anything of the sort, I just had her sandals that some guy scammed but she "did not care" as she had "elfan" boots (elven boots.)

And, I was not banned before I was banned globally, and Tyhm wouldn't overwrite a ban if I was already banned. I was banned on GK for "cc fraud - 8/5/03 - Tyhm"

Um, no. Stefan's last warning was when your name was asking what people would do if you set your nick to something like 'Zoe is a *****'. It was inappropriate, and Stefan already had seemed tired of hearing bad things about you (other people had complained of your bad behavior), he said that you were to receive one official warning, a last one.

I do seem to remember being there when you were attempting to PK them at the Govannon altar. I was delivering a dustari wand to someone, and I saw you run by. This was not the only occurance.

Have to disagree with you again there. I asked Zoe myself if she had said that you did not harrass her. She said no. Please stop citing something she did not say.

When i went to locally ban you, you were globally banned. In a moment of laziness, I only listed the latest ban reason. That was my error, and I corrected it by re-banning you after I'd found Tyhm had unbanned you.

I was running through Gov's altar because dustari was trying to PK me and it was funny because they left the kingdom to do so and would cast icestorm and kill each other. Brad was casting forked lightning as well. Anyways, what's your point? PKing is 100% fine unless asked to stop.

I don't know why they left the kingdom - You weren't in Forest at the time (I looked in the kingdoms GUI), and I thought that was rather weird. Again, PKing would have been fine, except you appear to forget the little agreement related to the terms of your unban.

Oh, i get it. A "he said she said" kind of thing. sorry, but I would rather believe her opinion straight from her, instead of her opinion from what someone else said was her opinion.

The last time you were unbanned was when Angel decided that there was not enough of a reason to ban you (She didn't even know all the facts, she was relying mostly on what you said), but that if you did bad behavior like that again, you'd get the banhammer. and I did not feel like arguing this with her, but instead to wait for you to screw up again. That whole thing was rather sketchy, and again at the time she did not know all the facts - She is still looking into the situation, talking to all the parties involved, etc. Yes, she's the one. I agreed that whatever she said, I would go along with and not argue.
