Hello! now, please ignore the roumour's, about us being shut down. That's a lie.
Here is the situation:
!Wan, Brent, symbonia And Sky.
And = not any more ^ -Head developer's
Well It's hard to explain, but..
Sky got fired, came on said he get's Angel. Angel come's on, say's they stole or something when they had permission (Since Brent n Symbonia made it).
Well 'im guessing they was wrong according to Angel Brandon still own's it!.
So now it's up to Brandon, either Sky get's it or Symbonia and brent.
That's all Ignore roumour's by golbez or what ever:/

1.Rumour has it that Symbonia stole something from Tyrial

Yeah, you made it hard to understand. But I want to know what is up? As some of you remember, Symbonia made Andor and had Brandon change the server over to Andor. And Symbonia wasnt just a Co-Manager, but a Manager. So doesn't Symbonia have the rights to use the levels on his own server now? Plus Brandon hasn't been around for months according to his Bravo staff.

Brent told me they fired Sky because he didnt do anything. And why are you ban invaiding Wan? :\

Here new account is Bewitched she posts here often... well i think she left because there turning it into a Classic Server she says.. hmm i haven't seen here on these forums or AIM either so i dunno.

It was her server, she paid for it.
Thats really sad, she was so nice when I was there.
I hope she is posting on the forums so I can meet her again :)

account to him.
Then he did bad things and we told her to stop him but she liked him too much or something like this..

Look it doesnt matter who made it once a level is uploaded or npc or gfx it is Property of the server owner this was stated by Graal Online a long time ago i don't know why this is an issue?

Sern, Brandon already okayed it with Sky. He didnt care for it, not only that Brandon didnt make the levels, most of it was done by Brent, Sky, Symbonia, and Angel.

wtf are you talking about??? Servers are buyable so its the property of the buyer, Andor/Faldur is owned by Symbonia he paid for it and he made the levels.. Wow those 2 things is a great enough reason to allow him to own it.

Ya I agree though, Sern you dont have power over "Andor" you have power over "Bravo" so lay off.. Andor and Bravo are 2 different servers, it just happened to be Brandon was the Manager of both of them, however Brandon gave up on it meaning if the Co-Manager (witch was Brent) wants to continue it he may.

Anything uploaded to Graal Online servers becomes property of Graal Online. It doesn't matter if you purchased time on a server or not. These servers are RENTED, not purchased.

Seeing how you know so much, alright if in fact that this is true why hasnt any PWA been inspecting these servers? They know half of them have stolen stuff, not only from Graal but from Nintendo games, yet they dont do anything? Belive me kid, if it was rented and if that still was around they would of.

3. They haven't done anything because the guidelines are not officially posted and frankly, things are in a bit of a state of chaos as of right now.
4. Unixmad has clearly stated multiple times that the space is rented, not purchased. It can be taken away at any time for any reason. It's part of the little thing called a licensing agreement. If servers were purchased, there would be a flat one time rate (or a payment plan). As things are right now...you are either purchasing 6 months or 1 year of RENTED time and space. Just because you've paid money for it doesn't mean you can go and put whatever the hell you want on it.

Well the only moral thing to do would be to give it to Symbonia seeing as how it's his hard work :\ Taking his work away from him and giving it to someone else is just as bad as theft. Also, at the moment Serenity is the one renting Faldur's server, she's paying for it. However, Symbonia will pay for the next 6 months after her 6 are up. This I know to be true because I spoke to Symbonia about myself.
