FAQ Forum?

uhm why isn't there any FAQ Forum or Payment (-problems) forum?
I need to ask a comunity question about payment and don't know where to post.

Payment problems are private, and should be sent to support.graalonline.com. Otherwise you're publically posting your account information, which is dumb.
