Global Staff, Contact Information.
 

I have noticed that many people seem to have problems contacting global staff. So I decided to make this thread, so people wouldn't have to make a thread everytime they need to contact someone:

If you have a question with Accounts, contact Lyndzey.

If you have a question with a Playerworld problem, contact Spark, or Houdiniman (first). Tseng, Angel, or Lyndzey (secondary).

If you have a question with Scripting, contact Kaimetsu, Jagen, Tseng, ProjectShifter, Loriel, or Angel.

If you have a question with GFX, or with GFX on a server, contact LordZen, Spark, or HoudiniMan.

If you have a question that Administration has to deal with, contact Stefan, Unixmad, Tyhm, or possibly Angel (she can help with some stuff).

And of course, for all problems you can open up a ticket on http://support.graalonline.com and your problem will be solved.

Forgot Galen I thinks

He is a forum admin, but really doesn't do that much. So by the time you would get ahold of him, you could have contacted someone else and fixed whatever problem you had.

That's what I did ;(

I help with support desk, I answer very fast. I normally help with Playerworld Problems. All the globals are pulling together and helping. So just contact any and we work together and the problems gets worked out that way hehe.

God, so good to be back on the forums! I missed my computer while I was away for a week. Disney was just such a drag >.< I barely got to talk to my g/f even (there you go Spark, happy now?). My email is down right now, as I didn't relize my domain lapsed while I was on vacation ;)

And yeah PS disney is hell. Its so boring, slow, horrible, fake, and arg I hate disney (3 (I cant find the symbol for a heart, so you gotta have a bracket and a 3 instead)

His adminlevel was changed to zero. He had been banned for disrupting graalympics, but the ban was changed to removing his global RC. I don't know if he still holds his title.

Loriel is staff again?

I remember he recomended Rance for Global Scripting but Rance couldn't get a Gold Account

I wasn't fired, nor ever was.
I was put on ban because my 'warning' from tyhm was identical to a dropped connection error (local bans don't affect me) and my ISP was having problems with their network. I was global banned to keep me out, which i learned tyhm was trying to do only after it happened because he never told me anything in-game or in PM.

In return for unbanning me so i could continue to do my job i made a deal with tyhm that since he believes i abused my power (which i did to an extent, though warping is not one deserving a global ban) that he may remove all my power and i will continue as a non-priviliaged admin.

I was never fired, and i was only 'suspended' until i could be 'dealt with'.

Tseng - please stop spreading this rumor, it's untrue and it is only making people uneasy.

Im still PWA, i just don't get warp or RC, and while warp i hardly used and could function fine without, lack of RC is hindering me quite a bit - however i still handle things as well as i can from player.

I would, but it wont let me edit it for like 1440 minutes or something. o.o

I swear the global staff pick on me :o

I get banned all the time for stuff i never do, global's *cough* like Lyndzey *cough* ignore my emails and when I talk to them on player, then just say "uh huh..."

Right now I'm banned Era on this account for "hacking clientside weapons" (that NEVER happened), global banned on my other accoutn for CC fraud (wasn't me :mad: ), and somehow, my other other account's password changed last night :\

Suggestion: create your own account and pay for it with your own money.
