NPC-Server lag

Does anyone know what the problem is with the Npc-Server and when it'll be solved?

If you're referring to kingdoms, stefan is pushing it to do new things, there will be bugs and inefficiency everywhere.
If you're referring to other playworlds.. a lot of people do bad, evil things that aren't good for the server, and cause lag.

Although that is normally true, some playerworlds can't help the lag cause its problem caused by them, but rather by the server itself or some kind of bug in the g/npcserver
