Auction

Auction the ability to make houses (4-5 people) on the island next to where Hotaru is located. Unless something is being put there that nobody knows about.

That's a good idea. My offer: 100 plats for now.

How about no, someone with like 200k would offer and win it all, then build a house and sell the rest for some outrageous sum of money.

GoZelda 08-10-2003 09:09 PM

True =\ But that's life.

If somebody with alot of money was able to buy up all the lots on that island by out-bidding everybody else, wouldnt that mean he already paid more money for them then all those potential buyers were willing to pay? heh.

Not necessarily.

Not necessarily.

if someone payed 10k per lot and built houses on them or whatever, he/she would naturally want to sell it for more than what they got it for, and if they already out-bid everyone, whos gonna pay more?

unless there was some kind of limit to how many lots someone could buy

Not every person is on at the same time. It's very likely someone that wasn't on, would buy it for more than 10k.

thats true, but what if the person who would pay highest was on and bought everything?

i think there should just be a limit

I agree with Juggerboy

There's a rare chance of that happening. If someone has something you want, it would be natural that you would pay more for it, compared to if the person didn't have it. Not everyone has a spending limit they impose upon themselves.

Yes, if this goes through, there should be a limit.
