Some suggestions
 

1.Bring back races on Graal Classic but have it where Humans get something to or either the other races suffer from something and take away all there npc's and make new and fair ones x_x
2.Make some more races for Graal2001... like official ones... perhaps Zorbi heh since there is going to be a Zorbi kingdom.. i can make a zorbi head ^_^

I'd like Classic's races back, since I put so much work into them...Com even rebalanced them, but people still voted 'em down. Maybe someday.

Me too...They were the only thing that made classic slightly interesting in my opinion.

Unfortunately, the easiest thing to do on Classic is get a riot going. Everyone loves to complain. No matter what it is, 90% of Classic will want it reversed. Even reversals. I add a quest, 90% want it gone. I take it away, 90% want it back. I add races, 90% want them deleted. I remove then, 90% want them back. It's impossible, people who like things the way they are never vote.

hehe, yeah but if you think about it half of the people that play there are just waiting for an excuse to riot, they think that that's part of the fun of graal, when it should be just a part of graal's history

Well if they balanced the races but people still won't them back i say we should put them up anyways and see how people like them.

I didn't like races, but I liked Zorbi Bubbles ;P.

Lunaris-
The slow race
beam sword not very consistantly effective
effective weapons created excess vulnerability and/or were too powerful
*i don't see any hope for this race except a new concept

Vampires-
The lamer's race
full heal wasn't good
vamp dash wasn't the worst thing
*maybe only healing one or two hearts wouldn't be overdoing it, but either way I still don't like the healing

Gnomes-
The annoying race
healing hammers could be used to interrupt spars or pking
throwing hammers were good
*maybe thinking of something other than healing

Zorbis-
The ignored race
bubbles were cool
*if you sped their offense up you might have something

Humans-
The subvampire race
didn't have any leg up on vampires
*maybe races could be incorporated into nations

I don't know if I missed a race ;P

The use of lunaris was questing and was very useful for when you died in the middle and it would warp you back a million levels, but those little save thing sometimes help...

the thing that ruined lunaris is the fact that the balance was too shifty in either direction... It had extremely good things about it, but the extreme disadvantages made it practically useless.

yea... zorbis were the best race... not because of having equal abilities (they didn't)... but because of originality of weapon :P.

I think everyone should be able to use a sword, though.

Yea well like i said bring them back balanced let people see how awesome they are and everyone wins.

i think they'd do better incorporated into nations...

Are you even any good at graphics? I've never heard of you and if your signature is some of the best work you can do I don't know if i'd join Zorbi if i had to use the head.

Nations won't help; anyone can choose to be human, so it's not like I forced people to be Zorbi or Vampires. The big complaint was that everyone else was a race they didn't like, and it'd be the same with Nations: Damn those Vampire members, they're such lamers, damn the Zorbi nation sucks.

They'd get used to races eventually. It's something they'll have to live with, might as well go forward, taking a step back isn't good.

LOG sucks.

The two best NPCs from the Races were the Zorbi Bubble (set aside limited range) and the Gnome Hammer (set aside the healing).

If you could develope the races more they could definately be incorporated into Nations. And the players wouldn't be able to reject the races, just the nations.

Which is the same thing on the opposite side of the quests, sooo who cares exactly?

IMO, it would probably be a lot easier to even out the nations than it would be to even out the races.

Nope, exactly as hard. 6 races with different but hopefully equal powers, 6 nations with different but hopefully equal powers.

Well, just ignore the players and add it anyway everyone on the forums will love it and the players will to.

maybe just adding the zorbi bubble and gnome throwing hammer? The throwing hammer would be good if it hadn't healed (interrupted a lot of things, too).... and the zorbi bubble was awesome, except that it was hard to stick people into it.
