I would just like to inform everyone, that Torankusu has been using a stolen credit card, to purchase things from people on GK. Also, I feel that Torankusu should not be able to play Graal at all. I've heard his Torankusu account was banned (I'm not sure if it was global or what, probably just banned on GK), but I believe that it should be globally banned.

I also hear that he is using another account/accounts, and those should also be banned. He probably bought the accounts with a stolen credit card, and he is buying GK items with money that is not his. I sold him some of my items on GK a while back. (no it's not illegal, Stefan said as long as the sale is done totally outside of Graal, he doesn't mind) He contacted me over aim and asked if I would sell some of my stuff on GK. I sold him some stuff, and now my paypal account has negative funds, as the person that actually owns the card, is trying to get their money back. Although I doubt I will have to refund the person, as I was the victim in this case as well, it is still a hassle to have to deal with the paypal people in order to get this matter settled.

All his items should be deleted, and the accounts should be banned. Most of his items and probably all of his accounts, have been purchased with money that does not belong to him. Now whether or not he took his dad's card and used it, or he got someone elses card, it is still credit card theft, and as far as I know, it's a federal thing, so if they track him down, there will be FBI at Torankusu's door.

Toran told me his bank went bankrupt, so I don't know if he's using a stolen CC or not.

As for the people who are banned for CC fraud, don't email me about it. I can't unban you if you let someone else upgrade your account.

that is like the most ****ed up thing I ever saw Torankusu do. I am with konidias. I mean its a credit card you can't **** with those things ( and yes im using *'s). He should get his items deleted and accounts. The other day I saw him using a acc by the name "Rahntab" which I believe was excalibers acc.

Are you kidding me? That was Brad's account, he gave it to Excalibur before I made the account rules and only Excalibur was allowed to use it.

Which reminds me, not to be a hater criminal but, I believe Torankusu upgraded Ghost Pirates account.......which would result in ban........And you can't be banned for credit card fraud there is no point in making this thread Konidas, torankusu is right. It's a private matter which should be taken up with the authorities. I must let you know credit card fraud can undoubtfully result in a long time of imprisonment if not life sentence. Stealing isn't very highly thought of sense America is low on money to begin with. *Edit* I know people that do major credit card fraud and they are in jail now. They thought they were safe behind their monitor, but you can't hide everything on the internet.....

He sent me 45 USD like over 2 months ago. I too sold him some ingame stuff, like konidias, did it over aim etc etc.

I spent that long ago, and well when this issue came up, it sent my online balance into the negatives..and automatically Paypal then tries to draw from your checking account to make up for the difference..but WHOOPS it made me overdraw from the checking account resulting in additional fees. Its a business account too..so like the fees were not lienient.

Online paypal balance -43.39, Suntrust account -93...

i have made the same mistake also zen.
not with toran though, that happined to be with 100 dollars, now everytime i recive cash, i instantly send it in a check to my house.
and i also have a unvarified account so there is nothing to take back 8]

Well Lyndzey, either he lies to you, or he lies to me. Because he told me he cancelled all his Graal purchases because he got banned from GK.

People, this is not a private matter. It became a public matter when he brought it to Graal. I'm only informing people of his acts, so that they can avoid them. I don't see how if I discuss it in private, it will stop him from doing this again. I talked with him again and he's telling me to remove this thread, and he will pay off the negative debt on my account (eventually). Yeah right, like I care to have another negative charge stacked on what I already have. :rolleyes:

When he was buying the stuff from me, I asked him where he got the money to pay for it, and he said "I had to get a job so I have money now", or something remotely similar to him getting a job and having money. So I wasn't going to argue with the man if he wanted to buy my stuff for real money. I'm not losing anything in the end, but I'm just warning people not to trust him when he says he will buy things for/from you.

He told me he cancelled his Graal payments. Now really, what kind of stupid move is that? Who is going to claim the payments? Either he pays for them, or he get's the card taken away, or fined, or whatever, I don't really know, but I'm sure there is some penalty for cancelling payments on things.

There's no way I am going to pay him back the money and get the items back from him, that's ridiculous. I'm sorry, but this is the real world, and you can't just take back something you bought from someone after using it and saying "now give me back the exact amount of money I spent, and I will give your stuff back". How exactly is he going to repay the hours he spent playing GK that he cancelled paying for? Community service? :p

Torankusu is only half-responsible for that, I reported torankusu upgrading GhostPirates account a while ago. I am also responsible.

None the less Konidas, be quiet. It's a private matter - just because the money involved graal doesn't make it Stefans problem or anyone elses. It's your problem, deal with it.

Can you not read? Did I not already explain why it's a problem that needs to be brought to the public? This guy is still trying to buy me out and I think it's wrong. I'm just warning other people not to deal with Torankusu because his money is not legit. I'm not complaining about anything, and it's not a problem for me, as I did not let him upgrade an account of mine or anything, so it's not like I'm having serious problems over this. I'm just alerting people of what could happen if they deal with Torankusu.

Why is it okay to point out scammers yet it's not okay to point out people that are commiting credit card fraud? You have a seriously messed up logic.

You cannot read actually. If anyone it should be brought to stefan if you have SOLID PROOF of him still attempting to buy you out. It is not a public matter. Learn to read, and not contradict yourself.

While I knew something was not right, this amazes me. As to personal business, if people are financially dealing with him here.....they should know what's happening...

If this is not true, sorry folks but you have major problems because this is slander so be sure it is true before you post this type of thing. Just a word to the wise.

I would like to say one thing: Yes Torankusu assisted Wren in leveling. She asked him if it was alright or legal to do so and he told her yes. He worked hard because he wanted +6 blessings from her. When she found out from Tseng that it was a bug and not legal, she was devastated because she is an ethical person. She stopped doing this type of leveling the moment she found out it was wrong. Since then, she has knocked off the levels from her account that he assisted her in getting, by praying to another god, and has stopped playing. So for those of you that would think Wren stuck up etc., think about the things she did for you in so far as blessing etc. If she didn't answer messages you sent her from time to time....it was because she was enundated with pm's constantly.

Wren is my RL sister, yes. I will defend her actions, yes, if they are true actions. Will I lie for her? No! Do I think you care about any of this? No. Why do I post this then? To get her story on the record and stop you from lying about her. I once thought girls were catty and gossiping; I have found that boys can sometimes be worse...stretching the truth to a point that it does not even resemble the truth in any aspect. Why?

Unfortunately, during the time he was doing this, we were not reading the forum threads. Now we are paying close attention to forums. Funny how you think you know what's going on sometimes and really don't...that there are more tidbits of information out there you didn't seek. Anyway, that's why....a real DUH!

You are allowed to upgrade accounts as long as you do it legitly and the person you upgraded for is the only user. That's how I understand it, anyway. Otherwise, 90% of the players on graal are breaking rules because their parents bought the accounts.

I'm not lying about any of this, why would I want to lie about this? I had nothing against Torankusu, I sold him my items because I thought he was an honest guy. Then he does something like this, which is obviously not honest.

How is reporting it to Stefan going to help? Number one, Stefan is gone for 2 weeks on vacation, and number two, Stefan is the coder for this game. He is not in charge of handling accounts and money related issues. Sure he has the power to handle accounts and stuff, but it is not his area.
