Traps
 

Could some[one] either delete traps, or make it possible to find / disarm them? And yes I am aware there are find / disarm skills... they don't seem to be working.

You can find/disarm them just fine, it just you have to be lined up with them to find/disarm... If you're having too much trouble finding them cast detect magic and you'll see all the nearby traps so you can position yourself accordingly.

Another solution would be having a golem walk in front of you and take the damage. As graaliholic said, give the skills a hotkey and keep using it - if you use it, you check the vincinity for traps. You move on, you have to check again, and so on. Also, your agility level determins how good you are spotting them, and it can always happen to you that you miss a trap even if you look carefully.
