Well, the past few days me and Tyrial have been going at it. I think we all know the situation, for those who dont this is what is from MY veiw:
Once there was a little boy named Tyrial. One day, he saw the famous Konidias post screenshots of the soon to come playerworld "Oasis." Tyrial thought to himself "Wow, those are some gooooood tiles. Time to make my own like them, add something called blur tool, then sharpen it again, and call it my own." Anyways, I have been at is throat the last couple of days then he took the liberty to IM me over aim.

Tyrial Adiarde: please.. i ask niceley.. don't start bashing me all the time

Tyrial Adiarde: Your words express it as i have stolen anything, which i haven't... Nobody knows the true story, exept me and konidias, but.. nobody belives me...

So I talked with soul blade, and well he explained to me the situation between helmut and tyrial so to speak. I spoke with helmut next, he informed me that he does not even REMEMBER whos tiles he saw first, when Tyrial clearly stated that helmut had said it was before oasis. "Tyrial Adiarde: and lordhelmut said like "yes it was before oasis"

Anyway, so if Tyrial wants to get some real evidence and stop acting like a victim he can post it here. If anyone else has comments, post them too. :o

1. Helmut told me that he had seen them before, dunno what he told you..

Second, i don't need any evidence.

Third, that doesn't proove that i stole it. Nothing can, since i didn't steal it.

Which brings up the perfect opportunity to advertise this!

Obviously helmut did not want to hurt your feelings, as he was blunt with me. I'm just trying to get SOME facts about this, since you really seemed intrested when you IMed me.

you all are really starting to piss me off with these bashing threads, it is getting quite rediculous :\

This is so stupid, that Tyrial should have his own rule:

This is not a "bash", he told me something that was not true in fact. I would rather find out if he did "create" these graphics before konidias or not as the is his story. Moonie, if I piss you off then I apologize. I will speak no more of this. :o

What part of "This post breaks forum rules" do you not understand? Or is it just that you dont give a flying flip.....

Where in this thread did I bash him? Where in the rules is there a rule against asking a question and getting the facts? You may not care about people content being copied, but I do.

First public screenshot showing the house design. (early draft) This was January of 2002. If Tyrial has evidence that he made his before that, then everything will be settled. But seeing as how even Stefan said that mine and Tyrial's tiles are too similar, one of us has to change our tiles. That is why there needs to be evidence as to who created the tiles first, so that the person who made the tiles after has to change them.

Actualy Lord Helmut never said he saw yours way before Koni made his. You even copied it and posted it in the forums. He specifically said. He didnt remember he might have.

In which I made the analogy that its like Bill Clinton saying he might not have had sexual relations with another woman.

Tyrial, if the only evidence you have is Lord Helmut then you are screwed. Lord Helmut's word isn't enough dude.

Maybe he stole it, maybe he didn't. Incessantly yelling at each other will not clarify the issue! Even if Tyrial did steal the graphics (which I'm not implying), it doesn't give you the right to make hate threads about him!
