i was just curiouse about this playerworld1 thing when i was logging on RC
and what it is, and where it will lead?

It's more of a test world than anything. If you go to www.graal.net and look in unixmad's profile you will notice a playworld in there.

i tried to log on and it stops loading halfway though

and all you can see if on most of the time is an NPCserver

i thought mabye its a part of the new pay for server stuff

Actually it is part of the PW renting system, it will soon be going through playerworld1-50 if I remember right. The names will be changed accordingly, of course.

Ah, So there will only be 50?
Well, thats decent i mean, i dont see 50 people dishing out the money right away

Yeah I have seen various numbers. Only problem is, it will say welcome to G-Server [why is this still **** if it is! x_x] for 'playerwordx'.

Heh, Stefan told me 1-50. As for the "welcome to G-Server for playerworldx" oh well =P. My world doesn't do that, so I am happy.

It really makes no difference anyway, it is a easier way to manage the worlds.

It is likely you cannot log on to them because they do not have levels online, what can the server do if a client tries to get on and it has no level for it? ;)

Only reason It stops loading halfway through is only because It has no level(s) uploaded into the world. Just.. incase you were curious about that..

Or it could be it has many a level, but the startlevel and OSL dont exist, or not named to defaults.

yeah, like old 1.28 beta and stuff when the certain start level didnt exist, you didnt play o.O usually

I hope this gets done soon, I am eager to get Archaic up.

It may bring more to the game, but people also might quit, and if people don't quit, still, if people are spread evenly, that's about 10 people per playerworld on average.

Fifty playerworlds. That's quite a bit, I don't see all of 'em being used.

true, but i dont think all 50 will be bought

most likely. and even if they are, there will simply be competition to make your server the best. if people are paying for them they will most likely want to have players on there and so will have more desire to make it good.
