Text Viewing Problem
 

Whenever I log on to a server, none of the text shows up. Like for example, my nick, other people's nicks, what there saying yadda yadda yadda. It can view images just fine. But even though when I try to change the font it seems that doesn't work either. This problem arose when I got a new GFX card, which runs just fine otherwise. When I use Graal v3, it can load/view text just fine. I'm using DirectX 9

Heres a screenshot of the problem:
Notice how no text shows up under the guy's heart where its suppose to tell how many fullhearts there are. Notice how theres no letters on the red boxes on the upper left corner and so.

If you don't mind missing lights, try disabling Direct3D.

Hmmm.....thats semmed to work
If it comes up again I'll say so because it appears to happen randomly. But what confuses me is why does it work on v3 with Direct3D on when it doesn't work on 2.2 with it on?

There also seems to be a problem with viewing messages (like signs). When the sign pops up, I can't get out of it; It's like my keyboard is disabled when it happens. When I log on, my inventory automatically pops up for some reason, and the only way for me to get out of it is to press S.

Is the font that is currently selected, installed and working properly?

Yes.

What video card?

GeForce FX 5200 Ultra

Oh and, disabling lights didnt work.
