Decrease sparring lag

You could make it so that the first player who walks into a sparring zone is the server for that sparring zone and cannot receive PMs or toalls, and marked as "sparring" or "idle". And then for each additional player, the other players can't receive PMs or toalls either, and are given the IP for the sparring zone server, and are also marked "idle" or "sparring" and the server doesn't expect anything from them til they walk out. And when they walk out, they're right back on the Gserver...

Wasn't there a warning to that effect....never spar on someone else's server, they always have 0 lag?

I don't think that's a good idea...
Imagine what would happen when a 16k Modem user enters the room first

Networking nightmare, in terms of bouncing players around. What if the server player goes offline? What if he cheats? He'd need server software: What if that software got cracked and used to host stuff away from GServer?

Add spar server idea, mix well:

What if every sparringzone room is on an isolated playerworld? I mean, not like each .graal file has its own folder, but it emulates that?
Your PM list shrinks to just the people in that room, etc...and the people on the staff list, that would be important....map shrinks to nill, map position data shrinks to nill, head loading shrinks to nill, it's as if you logged onto port 14910: zspar2.graal, and all the Classic staff happened to be on the same server, or something.
Back in Classic, players in sparring rooms vanish from the map, or get brackets around their name, or get a Sparring head icon thing like the NPC server does...

why dont we put a big server in stefans backyard that holds every level with the word "spar" in the name, so that there wont be most of the bandwith gonnup with people on AFK

Or just enable UDP
then the movements are sent client-side
