How did you find Graal?
 

Ok people, Just as a fun thread and not useless, I'm gonna ask about how people found or got into Graal.

For me, I found it while going through some Zelda sites, and then I found the Java version. After doing a search for some Zelda sites, the first site that came up was Graal! So I thought 'hey! I liked that java game!' so I DLed it and the rest is history.

I found it as ZO too. So i'm old!

I think I found it on some site or something like that. Probably around v1.40. Still, I think I have the highest scriptingskill:experience ratio of anybody on Graal, which probably means one of the following:

• I'm a genius.
• I'm a newbie who programs in real life.
• I'm an egotist.

I'm actually leaning towards "all of the above".

Fan: they're free.. *makes horse breath fire*

how I found it out
 

first I found it out by a friend (online friend)...
he found it out when it was like its first java version and he just followed it ever sence...

well my friend told me back when graal got out on its first exe version....

so I am pretty old on this game also...

but I quit back in like 1.29 or something like that for about a year because they resete all the accounts and I got really really mad.

then I started playing agian around 1.38 or something around there. it was a few weeks befor many player worlds were created...

and then I have been playing it sence

I was talkin to my friend on AIM and he was playin it and he convinced me to get Graal so i guess im different :)

My brother (Brandon) started playing in like 1.0 so I started playing it. He made me a save that he had hacked, I didn't really know it was hacked, I just thought you started with 20 of the flat "ying yang" things and an invisble sword (death sword)

I was on IRC ages ago, and my friends had [Graal] in their name and i was like "Whats Graal?" and they said an online game. So i asked them for the URL. But i couldn't sign up for ages because i didn't have a valid email. Until i used my friends dads email - the boss of http://whsmithonline.co.uk :D

So he lets me use his for Graal.

I went to a gaming site that had the ZO link.

a friend told me about it...that was in 1.3

I went on a trip in 8th grade and he told me about it so i played and then i thought it was stupid, one day later on i got bored and downloaded it again and started playing and i was addicted

mr bear/mike heck, told me about it.

I was playing TTO (Triple Triad Online) with Fuitad, BaRT, Chronos, Link64, SuperNick, Kain, and probably a few others but those i knew best and they were talking about graal and i was like "VAT IS GRAAL?" and they were like "GO HERE http://www.graalonline.com" and so i went there and downloaded it and like they showed me around and stuff and then i was there.

A friend told me, he said Graal would be alot like this other 2d online game coming out.

My ex-boyfriend Michael told me about it, so I was like cool. Then, I went on the only server at the time (classic, this was februrary 2000, mind you) and got spin attack. I was like "how do you use this?" Man, I was a newbie.

I was into bomberman online at cyberjoueur.com (sp?) anyway then I saw zelda online and played it and it was cool

Yes, thats him. I've known him for a few years.

I was searching for flash games and came up with "Maddog's Flash and Java site" or something like that. IT had a huge list of flash and java games and graal was one of them and it said "Click here to play the real Graal!"

Like this guy called me one day named Stefan. and he said hey dude you should like come play like my game i like made. and I was like ok like dude i'm there.

the rest is history.

I was jammin some phat beatz in my studio, and found it under my shoe.

i am go home later that day and enter in the website i saw

it is make a page where i can download graal online

i am click the link to download graal online

i am run the install and i am install the graal online

i am register an account on the graal online website

i am enter my nick name

i am enter my user name

i am enter my password

i am select a head and clothes

i am push start button

i am now playing graal
