I don't know about you, but for the first... oh, month that I knew I'd be dead a month later, I'd go insane. I mean, it's not an easy feeling knowing you have 30 days to live.

Then again, if someone's too stupid as to get a life sentence, it's their fault.

Actually, he isn't stupid. He graduated Yale (or Harvard, I forget which) at the age of 19 and was considered a mathmatical genious. Wait, I think that was the Unabomber. Oops.

activeconvict 06-12-2001 12:06 AM

Timothy McVeigh was a very intelligent person, but he didn't make the right choices.

Also they let him off the hook easily, they should have made him pay for what he did.

Chrismas 06-12-2001 12:23 AM

they couLD HAVE stgUTGCK IOM' IN A BILLDING END BLOO HIM Up~! LEL

CrazedMerlin 06-12-2001 02:52 AM

They should have made him spend his entire life in jail, its more of a punishment he is a terrible human being.

freddyfox 06-12-2001 02:55 AM

Sorry, but those clownboats at the Justice System have absolutely NO CLUE how to properly make someone pay for their crimes. Sorry, but a quick and easy death IS NOT THE WAY TO MAKE SOMEONE PAY. If I were the judge, I would have forced him to spend the rest of his life in a desert boot camp. The stifling heat would drive anyone insane.

Yes!
I agree totaly.
The worst thing would be to have to live with your sins.
They should have told him storys/showed him pictured of all the people he killed and lives he affected, for the rest of his life.

But he was just convicted.... what do you mean. What do you not understand about conviction

What he meant was, the way it was carried out was not punishment enough. Death may be the ultimate punishment, but I think he should have just lived with his sins after seeing what happened. That's the worst punishment anyone can endure.

Exactly.

Spyder5782 06-12-2001 06:04 AM

They should have stuck pins in his eyes then tied his hands behind his back. then pour boiling water onto his face while knives are being twisted into his shins. then they should slam his head against the wall a few times. then take him to a doctor. make him spend a year in prison, then do it all over again. Repeat for the rest of his life.

Or life in solitary confinement would be good.

Fai 06-12-2001 06:06 AM

Bury him underground in a 10x10 foot cement cube with a magic fridgerator with infiinite footd inside WIT NO LIGHT IN THE FRIDGERATOR SO HE CANT SEE WHAT HE EATS

JungleKid 06-12-2001 06:09 AM

They should have stuck him in a small cell with Christopher Lowell and Richard Simmons.

ACtually that gave me an Idea. Tie hime up so he cant move, and Bury him in a steel coffin deep underground. With a long straw sticking out to breathe out of. Then make some invention that lets you send him a small meal every week.

TCNDAN 06-12-2001 06:16 AM

Death Sentence is the easy way out

Iracious 06-12-2001 06:16 AM

Its all a waste of money.. Killing him is the cheapest.. but if you want him to live make him work his ass off. The desert boot camp sounded good.. Train him to be a suicide runner in case of a war.. Make him die for the goverment that he so hated.

Tyhm 06-12-2001 07:45 AM

There are laws against cruel and unusual punishment. He wanted to die as publically as possible, to show how out of hand the federal government is. They shoulda left him on death row longer. Give him time to really freak out, come to terms with what he did and repent.
Wouldn't make his death any more traumatic, but he wouldn't have died a martyr. He'd have died a fool who saw the light too late.

TCNDAN 06-12-2001 07:45 AM

thats what im say

Tybalt 06-12-2001 07:48 AM

I think people like child abusers, pedophiles, rapists and stuff should have to go through the most extreme pain imaginable for years before they're killed the most painful way imaginable.

TCNDAN 06-12-2001 07:50 AM

McVeigh's lawyer is like
you killed Tim
you killed (his parent's names) son
you killed (his sister) big brother

can we do that for all the victims?
shut up you stupid lawyer
lawyer should get that pain stuff too!

TCNDAN 06-12-2001 08:29 AM

i dont want to be mean, but that is not very funny.

At all.

cheaterzx22 06-12-2001 10:10 AM

Nope, that's not funny at all. Especially since i'm from Oklahoma.

Neonight 06-13-2001 02:20 AM

Did you even WATCH the final week? He broke down and didn't want to die.

Kaimetsu 06-13-2001 02:23 AM

People always turn this into a revenge thing. If they were to treat him harshly then it should be to set an example to others - not to get some stupid cosmic justice.

Neonight 06-13-2001 02:23 AM

-_- see? He said he wanted to and then he acted like he didn't. We all know he did. THAT LAWYER COMMENT WAS NOT FUNNY IT WAS STUPID. ok now what again? lol

TCNDAN 06-13-2001 02:27 AM

i think whoever supports it is religious and say "oh he will rot in hell"

im nto religious, i dont believe in hell...
can you people who support it think for a minute?
