Kingdoms Gods

I found that the Kingdoms gods are taken out of the irish mythologie. Only some names were changed, Oengus to Aengus for example. And something: Brigid is the goddes of war XD!
This might be interresting for all irish doods and even more people xD!

....wow im irish to! XP any ways i think that we are in the process of changing the gods drastically in the final server and trust me gods will be a little shall we say more "interactive" thanks to a couple of in nagotiating (sp?) projects =D

there are more gods that work currently besides those on the main server. Some are rather interesting...

Maybe on the final server there can be more altars.

Of course. Generally, most god names or important characters (or summons on certain games) are taken from certain beliefs.
For example, Quezacoatl (I think I have the name right) is used in Final Fantasy 8, as a god of thunder. Coincidentally, Quezacoatl is also an Aztec god, and I think it is thunder as well. I've also heard of Shiva being a god of another religion, though I won't say what I think it is, until I'm sure.
I think they do that to add a splash of familiarity, but also adding an aspect of creativity.

Shiva = hindoeism

Vishnu would be more interesting, the creator and destroyer >:-]
I read some books about gods, i'll tell you interesting names from it ^^ when i've found it... i know one, it's also in golden sun, Tiamat. It also would be good to use infamous Greek gods, as none really knows them :\
