1) Bugs forum. People who know about bugs will look there for bugs not here. Someone or you can do that.
2) Download latest drivers? If not looks like the img that comes up if you have lights off. |
I had that problem before. I don't know what fixed it though. I was just doing a whole bunch of updates with directx and other updates at microsoft and then the problem just went away.

Yeah probably the best idea like I said go and get the latest drivers and updates.

Make sure you have the latest version of openGL, that is of course if you use VGA graphic cards or such.

I messed around a bit and found a way to duplicate that problem (assuming you have direct 3d enabled and all of the newest drivers etc.), so maybe this will help..
right click on your desktop, click properties, go to the settings tab, click advanced, and go to the troubleshoot tab ... or you can get to the same window through control panel's system->device manager check if hardware acceleration for your video device is set to "full" (it should be) sorry if it doesn't |
I get that problem after my computer has been on longer than 3 days....It also happened after the npc server was lagging bad and then shut off. Just left your computer rest for a day...but also try what Ibonic said.

I know what your problem is, turn down your color resolution, it does that for some computers...
