RC on mobile phones
 

I was just reading about the pocket pc issue about RC. Surely if it could be made for a pocket PC, it could be made for a phone. I recently got one of those color java phones and got a nice GPRS connection to it. so if we had a simplified version of RC/NC then people like me could use it when not at a proper computer. again, it uses your normal account name and password but uses a secure connection?

LOL I dont really see the point of this unless your on a vaction longer than 3 days. Maybe just the RC chat...the NC would be pointless unless you actually wanted to try to script even a simple script by pressing .5 cm buttons on a telephone.It's hard enough writing a complete address in a cell phone. That would be to time consuming.

If your on vaction your supposed to be on Vaction. Just put graal down for a bit. And I doubt phone would work too well.

I dont think RC on mobile Phones would work...small screen, small buttons...it would be very hard =\

But a PocketRC would be great :D

RC: like you can send and receive chat from the RC chat so you can talk with staff and see if everything is ok? The Graal servers can already send SMS (special script command but currently not enabled), but may be a stable chat connection would be best?

lol yes direct connection not SMS. Sms costs more. And it wouldn't work as every msg would have to be sent to you, and your inbox will be full.
