This is the 3rd time ive tried to learn the prayerbook cause of light wounds

its a level 1 prayer and i should learn it

but it always says failed and without exp no bless :(

You must have low int, a low mental level, and low luck.

17 in int?

level 6 in mental?

i dont now by much luck

but IVE NEVER, never failed in learning a scroll

Ugh, I'm tired of people not believing me. Prayer learning is increased with WISDOM not INTELLIGENCE. They didn't put a wisdom stat just for looks, you know.

I now that, but since i cant get wisdom any other way then using prayerbooks i have to learn it, ive tried to make aparty and they use their prayerbooks but it didnt work

i dont now how to get wis exp without prayerbooks and if i cant learn it

Wisdom Stat, wisdom level, 2 different things.
Wisdom level is your experience using prayers, you can't use a prayer of a higher level than your Wisdom Level, and raising it also allows you to bless to higher amounts.
Wisdom Stat is the base number next to the old guy on the status screen. It affects your ability to learn prayer spells. If it's low, you'll have a better chance of failing. Get Wis+ rings to fix it a little.

this was the 6nd time i tried, and i got 16 in wisdom the last time, its impossible to fail with 14 and 16 in wisdom

Wis stat no only affects your ability to learn prayers, but your grace regain, and also the amount of grace you have.
