my advice is pick who YOU think the best gp cheif would be. if you let the players decide then that gp cheif could be corrupt then... well just look at how other servers are/where.

I picked other because I know from expierence Shorty is very bad staff
on sidra he was fired because he got jealous and kept threating and stuff if he didnt get as much or more then everyone else =D

its better to have main police then 10-20 police, and anyways were on all the time so if somthin goes wronge and police arnt there we are , it makes things more organized
